Happy Birthday MMH!!!!!!!

It's his birthday!!!!! My Mysterious He (MMH) has become one year wiser, stronger and smarter !! :))))))

I couldn't help but presented all the gifts already yesterday or it's actually better to say tonight when the clock turned 00:01 :))))

It's is great and sad day at the same time because tomorrow MMH goes back to Sweden for a couple of weeks. I am already missing him, and fail to create super duper funny atmosphere because all I want is to cry when I think he's gone.

This morning I made birthday pankaceswith  coconut milk and peanut sauce, coconut chips, Oreo cookies and with banana and pear topping :) counted as a birthday breakfast I suppose. 

For lunch I made some nudles with a mix-everything-you-think-might-work sauce which consists of coconut milk, teriyaki sauce, karri, spices, water, mushrooms, onion and garlic :) hope this will be at least as good as I expected it to :)

Just wanted to show how I managed to serve this Russian salad that is called Vinegret :) the ingredients are boiled veggies: potato, carrot, beet, green peas from a can and salted cucumbers :) usually Russians eat this with mayo or oil but we decided to eat the salad as it is. Went pretty well :) but with salt and pepper :)

I wish this was is packing the bag together to go on holiday somewhere where it's warmer and sun shines every single day :( but now it's MMH who packed my bag ( this is how I make sure he comes back, at least to return my bag ^^)

Will try to pull myself together. Not sure about tomorrow because we are going together to the station where MMH gets on the train to the airport and I go to work. I mean ....if I already want to cry, what's gonna happen tomorrow ...waterfall of my tears??? Big girls don't cry :)

Now I am waiting till MMH finishes his work and tastes my pizza and nudles. And after that we planned to go out for a walk to find a music store :)

Almost crying but still smiling!
