Weekends, I already miss you

And I already miss My Mysterious Him (MMH) because I'm now on my way to work. It's an ordinary Monday and a new week. Before new holidays. 4 upcoming days-off due to the international women's day the 8th of March ! :) it's almost March already, the time passes so fast not leaving us any opportunity to be slowpokes, because we have to learn and realize how to enjoy any single moment of the life, like this very moment, like right now.
Yesterday a small chef woke up in my mind and I've been cooking so hard that put my finger in the blender with a knife while it was connected to the powerpoint, and then suddenly ( I actually don't know how) I pushed the on and off button. What came next was a shoke and stupid actions like calling the ambulance but I really felt like I lost my finger. That was not actually a big deal, at all, and I was shamed by the doctor who came. But that was at least funny. What the doctor did made me really blush for it, because he simply iodated my finger and left.

So these are the bloody results of my cooking :)))
This is a vegan kind of burger with a bean сutlet (patty), a hash brown, tomato and sauce of hummus, mustard, soya sauce and tofu. MMH rated it 6 (out of 10), which means I'm almost on the right way towards being a normal woman who can cook. But still have to improve my skillzzzz

I made lemon cookies and pear pie.

Tratata

And this is how my yesterday morning began. Mangos are great when they are not imported from somewhere 1mln miles away (usually they are not even fully grown). But this one was pretty ok.

Missed my sunglasses and yesterday got a chance to put them on because it was sunnyyyy

Good luck to me at work and everyone who might read this.

Très bonne journée ;)

    1. As a burger bun I used pita, made a hash brown of grated potatoes with salt, pepper and garlic powder and added a little bit of breadcrumbs. I made small cutlets, formed sort of ellipsoids, placed them in the bowl with salt, pepper and garlic with breadcrumbs and fried them for 15 mins ( I use olive oil). As for the bean cutlet, these were read beans (can of beans), oatmeal, salt, garlic powder and pepper. I mixed it all up with blender ( added some blood in it out from my finger, but this is not actually that important ingredient), formed them in the same ellipsoids as hash browns and fried them too for 10 mins.
The sauce was made spontaneously, placed tofu, hummus, mustard and soy sauce in a pan and mixed it all for 2 min on a pan.
I put pitas in the oven for 2 minutes (but the oven was already very hot) and I guess this was too long because pitas turned out to become rusk, but it worked pretty nice as well.
Added tomato, formed a burger and sprinkled it with cesame seeds.
      tadaaa
