Saturday that comes after Friday

Well well well

So how's it going ?

It's Saturday night and I am home, because, first of all, My Mystery He (MMH) and me had a spontaneous night out yesterday after we watched Deadpool which was pretty good. 

We went over the craft beer bar in front of the cinema, and it actually looked nice. And I was surprised so much to see this diversity of beers there!!

1 year ago I worked in Norway at the tourist information centre of Fløro, Fjordkysten region. And near this small west village Fløro there was a very small
separated island where there was a very small brewery KinnBryggeri! And this was exactly beer from there what I saw on the shelf at the bar we went to yesterday.

Like okay, I work in logistics and I kinda have a clue how goods are imported-transported-everything, but beer from Floøro was not what I thought I would ever see in Moscow. 

That's it!

And this is me and my friend Nastya to whom I immediately snapped the photo of beers in that bar just to see I was not the only one who didn't believe it was forreallll

Omg just told a story about the beer as if it was a literature lesson where you have to discuss different statements using proper arguments 

Today was quite a lazy weekend day but I felt like cooking something. So I blended a pearl, 2 bananas, sprinkled it with a little of flour and coconut flakes. And put it in the oven. I don't know if it's because I couldn't be waiting for too long( but it actually felt like it took several hours for them to be in the oven) or was it just a bad idea, the cookies ( as initially planned) turned out to be small portions of kind of banana and coconut porridge formed in small pancakes. But tasted pretty nice , at least me, I was not disappointed. MMH tried them too. Didn't swallow.

But what  I really got compliments for was this vegan pizza

I experimented a bit with the ingredients but mostly they are the same and can be clearly seen. What differs is the sauce. I used tomato paste and mustard for ones, humus and fried juicy vegetables for the other ones, and had one with tomatoes only instead of sauce. Went pretty well. 

MMH got sick and we don't have any plans for tonight.

Hope tomorrow he'll get better.
